In July 2023 a detailed planning application for 24 residential apartments, ground floor nursery and new public open space were submitted to the London Borough of Redbridge.
Following further consultation with Redbridge Council and receipt of public comments the developer, Caerus Developments, have amended their plans for the site. The revised scheme can be found on the following Site Proposals page.
